Orlando police think a Puerto Rican skinhead gang member is responsible for stabbing four men and battering a woman in a downtown Orlando bar this week.
Police said Christian Falero, 29, stabbed four men because they confronted him after he pushed a woman at Back Booth bar on W. Pine Street. Falero, an Orlando resident, is a native of Caguas, Puerto Rico, according to the arrest affidavit.
In addition to the knife, Falero (pictured from a previous arrest) was packing heat. Officers confiscated a highly concealable revolver hidden in his pocket. Falero has a permit for the weapon, but a concealed weapons permit prohibits owners from bringing a gun into an establishment that serves alcohol, among other types of buildings.
In Falero's mugshot, you can see a large tattoo on his neck depicting a five-point crown and a banner with the phrase, "Botas y Tirantes" as well as the initials, C.P.P.R., which stand for Cabezas Piel Puerto Rico -- Puerto Rican Skinheads.
Here's the deal...a skinhead is not just someone who shaves their hair off until their scalp shines like a cue ball. It's usually someone who upholds the ideology of White Supremacy, in other words, if you are of Scandinavian, German or Dutch descent, then you are superior to everyone else.
The anomaly: White Supremacists do not like Puerto Ricans or any other Hispanics.
I will add, after some readers pointed out, there are non-white skinhead groups out there who are anti-racist and not associated with White Supremacists, such as Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice (SHARP) and Anti-Racist Action (ARA). However, many of these tend to advance their ideology with the same militant attitude as racist skinheads.
I spoke to an officer in the Orlando Police Department's gang unit and he was surprised about the existence of a Puerto Rican skinhead gang. "That guy has some serious identity issues," the officer said of Falero.

(Good job fact checking there, dude.)
